On September 30th, 2009, an earthquake of 7.6 on the Richter scale struck West Sumatera with 1,117 peoples dead. Our concern to victim's condition at the evacuation location made CSR team PT. Solo Murni also moved, joined in providing assistance to the refugees. Aids in the form of foodstuffs, clothing, also books and stationery we depart from Jakarta and collected to our branch office in the city of Padang which also affected by this earthquake and immediately distributed directly to the refugee areas.
