PT. Solo Murni received an award in Indonesia Human Capital Award (IHCA) 2018. PT. Solo Murni received Very Excellence predicate with score 89,50 in the award night which held on Wednesday 30 May 2018. The award submitted by Minister of Manpower of Indonesia, Hadif Dakiri, to HR Director of PT. Solo Murni, Endang Tri K. Sukarso.

IHSC was participated by more than 600 companies in various business background. This award aims to look the human capital approach that companies make in achieving continuity of future business processes.

As a company engaged in the printing and publishing industry, PT. Solo Murni has embarked on a step to show its strength in the business competition by doing cultural transformation. The process is realized in the form of improvements in company operations, employees, organizational structure, and technology.

HR Director PT. Solo Murni, Endang Tri K Sukarso, said “Cultural transformation must be done. When this conventional company will enter the digital era, then what must be done is to transform the culture. Successions for corporate sustainability is crucial because this company must have its regeneration. So, the character formation in the digital era have to be prepared from now.”
