The ministry of education and culture, MuhadjirEffendy asked teachers to review the homework so it will not be a burden for students. That is why the ministry of education and culture pleads for the teachers to be able to develop a way of how to study thoroughly and giving homework which fits the needs without always related to school subjects.

     The ministry suggested that the school subjects has to be done in school and the homework has to be suitable with what the children need. The purpose of  homework which is important are enrichment, strengthening, and repetition. Homework needs to be given but for things that have practical traits. “Just make it flexible, if students do not need to be given homework, do not find excuses to give them homework. Teacher should make their own way, so the learning process can be done completely in school” he said.
